"International" represents businesses of significance, which have local currency as their functional currency regardless of the segments to which the
associated revenues and long-lived assets applied.
Management and 2008 Segment Reorganization
As discussed in Note 2 and on September 24, 2007, the Company was acquired by affiliates of KKR and a new Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") was
appointed. In connection with this change in leadership, changes were made to the Company's senior management and organization of the business. Beginning
in 2008, the CODM will make strategic and operating decisions with regards to assessing performance and allocating resources based on a new segment
