Our content-rich eCommerce site enables DICK’S
customers to access our exceptional selection of
products, sports expertise and value-added services
whenever and wherever they want. We further
leverage the power of our online channel through
convenient mobile capabilities that make it fast and
easy for customers on-the-go to shop, find a store
and access ScoreCard Rewards benefits from a
smartphone or tablet.
SYNERGISTIC CHANNELS
We optimize the synergies between our eCommerce
business and our stores through innovative
capabilities, including in-store kiosks that allow
customers to order from our selling floors and have
products shipped directly to their homes. We also
link our eCommerce and store channels through
functions that maximize our nationwide inventory and
expedite shipping times, such as ship-from-store,
which we rolled out in 2013, and buy-online, pick-up
in-store, which we are currently testing.
