Mr. Jugal K. Vijayvargiya, 43, is senior vice president of Delphi and president of Delphi Electronics and Safety (E&S). He was named to his current
position in February 2012 and was most recently vice president of the Infotainment & Driver Interface product business unit (PBU) for Delphi E&S since
August 2009. He was previously general director of the Controls & Security PBU since 2006. Earlier, Mr. Vijayvargiya was global business line executive
(BLE) for Body Security & Mechatronics at Delphi Electrical/Electronic Architecture. Prior to his BLE assignment, Mr. Vijayvargiya was director of program
management before being named product line manager of Audio Systems in 2002.
