• engage in any activity or enter into any association that interferes with the ability of the State of Nevada to collect
gaming taxes and fees; or
• employ, contract with or associate with any person in the foreign gaming operation who has been denied a license or
a finding of suitability in Nevada on the ground of personal unsuitability, or who has been found guilty of cheating
at gambling.
The sale of alcoholic beverages by the licensed subsidiary is subject to licensing, control, and regulation by the
applicable local authorities. All licenses are revocable and are not transferable. The agencies involved have full power to
limit, condition, suspend, or revoke any such license, and any such disciplinary action could (and revocation would) have a
material adverse effect upon our operations.
