With its wide fuselage, generous stowage and
elegant interior, the 777 continues to accumulate
passenger preference awards. It has been voted
the best aircraft by the readers of Executive
Travel magazine for six years in a row. The
continuously improved 777-300ER is the most
capable twin-engine airplane in the world and is
proved for the long haul. Providing exceptional
reliability, the 777 helps airlines maximize earn-
ings, and exemplary environmental performance
makes the 777 a welcome visitor to highly
regulated airports. The 777’s long range (up to
7,825 nautical miles or 14,490 kilometers for
the 777-300ER, and 8,625 nautical miles or
15,970 kilometers for the 777-200LR) and large
payload capability (314 to 386 passengers in a
typical three-class configuration) give operators
access to the world’s fastest-growing passenger
markets. The 777 Freighter with 112 tons
(102 metric tons) of revenue payload capability
is the largest and longest-range twin-engine
freighter and has the lowest trip costs of any large
freighter. In November 2013, we launched the
777X. Opening new growth opportunities for
airlines, the 777-9X seats more than 400 passen-
gers and will have a range of more than 8,200
nautical miles (15,185 kilometers). The 777-8X
competes directly with the A350-1000, and the
777-9X is in a class by itself. First delivery of the
777X is expected in 2020.
