ARS Service Express branches are moving to fulfill
the promise of On Time Know Howby scheduling
service calls within a 2-hour window backed by a
$50 payment if we miss the time slot. Pilot branches
are testing additional features such as faster parts
availability, free inspections,and follow-up calls
to address other key customer concerns.
The AMS staff makes objective
decisions and recommendations
for new projects,retrofits, or total
system upgrades, while the fully
licensed, insured expert technicians
of AMS have the capacity to handle
any size project.
