As of December 31, 2010, there were
35,923,968 shares of common stock of Alaska
Air Group, Inc. issued and outstanding and
3,235 shareholders of record. We also held
1,086,172 treasury shares at a cost of $46.0
million. We have not paid dividends on the
common stock since 1992 and have no plans to
do so in the immediate future. Our common
stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange
(symbol: ALK).
