To the knowledge of the Company, there are no pledges over
the shares of the Company.
The Company requested disclosure of the identity of the
beneficial holders of its shares held by identifiable holders
(“Titres au porteur identifiables”) holding more than 2,000shares
each. The study, which was completed on 31December 2015,
resulted in the identification of 2,505shareholders holding a total
of 570,184,806 Company shares (including 3,796,187shares
held by Iberclear on behalf of the Spanish markets and
31,228,628shares held by Clearstream on behalf of the German
market).
The shareholding structure of the Company as of 31December
2015 is as shown in the diagram in “—3.3.1 Shareholding
Structure at the end of 2015”.
