Market Information, Holders and Dividends
Effective December 13, 2010, all shares of the Company’s common stock began trading as a single class on the New York
Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “AAN.” The CUSIP number of the common stock is 002535300.
The number of shareholders of record of the Company’s common stock at February 10, 2014 was 240. The closing price for the
common stock at February 10, 2014 was $29.24.
The following table shows the range of high and low sales prices per share for the Company’s common stock and the quarterly

Subject to our ongoing ability to generate sufficient income, any future capital needs and other contingencies, we expect to
continue our policy of paying quarterly dividends. Under our revolving credit agreement, we may pay cash dividends in any
year so long as, after giving pro forma effect to the dividend payment, we maintain compliance with our financial covenants
and no event of default has occurred or would result from the payment.

1 In December 2013, the Company paid $125 million under an accelerated share repurchase program with a third party financial
institution and received an initial delivery of approximately 3.5 million shares. The average price per share was calculated using
the fair market value of the shares on the date the initial shares were delivered. In February 2014, the accelerated share
repurchase program was completed and the Company received an additional 1.0 million shares of common stock. The
additional shares received in connection with the accelerated share repurchase program will be reflected in the share repurchase
