1. We execute and deliver this Certificate of Lease to you for the purposes of certifying the lease of the equipment described in 1 below from you pursuant to
the Master Lease Agreement dated January 5, 2005 between us.
2. We hereby confirm that the Purchase Price, the Delivery Date and the Lease Interest Rate, and the respective amounts of the Lease Rent, the Purchase
Option Exercise Price and the Stipulated Loss Value set forth in Clauses 3, 6 and 8 of Schedule 2 to the Master Lease Agreement as agreed upon pursuant
to Clause 3 of Article 4 of the Master Lease Agreement in respect of the Individual Transaction subject to this Certificate of Lease shall be as described in
the document attached to this Certificate of Lease.
3. We hereby acknowledge that all of the provisions of the Master Lease Agreement mentioned in 1 above shall be applied to the Individual Transaction
subject to this Certificate of Lease.
