3.3 Tiscali shares
Tiscali shares have been listed on the Italian Stock market (Milan: TIS) since October 1999. At 31
December 2013, market capitalization came to around EUR 79,672,148 million, calculated on the
value of EUR 0.0428 per share as at that date.
At 31 December 2013, the number of shares representing the Group’s share capital amounted to
1,861,498,780.
Tiscali’s shareholder base at 31 December 2013 is illustrated below:
