The preceding tables present aggregate information for all plans reported. The following table presents the obligation and asset
information for only those plans that have projected benefit obligations in excess of plan assets or plans that have accumulated benefit
obligations in excess of plan assets. For the U.S. defined benefit plans, the 2007 amounts consist of our non-qualified plans, which are
unfunded. For the non-U.S. defined benefit plans, the 2007 amounts consist primarily of the Taiwan plan. Additionally, the reduction in
the projected benefit obligations for the non-U.S. defined benefit plans from 2006 to 2007 is the result of the Japan plan becoming fully
funded.
