North America
Year-over-year net sales growth in North America wasprimarily due to sales of original, owned properties
targeted to the core gamer,DestroyAll Humans! and Juiced,sales of games based on ourWWE
SmackDown vs. Raw franchiseon current generation console platformsas well as the first-time release of
the WWE SmackDown vs. Raw franchise on PSP. These items werepartially offset by lower fiscal 2006
sales of The Incredibles: Rise of the Underminer andSpongeBob SquarePants: Lights, Camera, PANTS! as
compared to fiscal2005 releases of The Incrediblesand The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, which were
released in conjunction with their respective movie releases.
International
Year-over-year international net sales growth was primarily due to increased sales of our original, owned
properties targeted to the core gamer, Juiced andDestroy AllHumans!, as compared to Full Spectrum
Warrior and The Punisher in fiscal 2005, as well as increasedsales of games based on our WWE
SmackDown vs. Rawfranchise on legacy generationconsoleplatforms andthe first-time release of the
WWE SmackDown vs. Rawfranchise on PSP. Theseitemswere partially offset by lower fiscal 2006salesof
The Incredibles: Rise of the Underminer and SpongeBob SquarePants: Lights, Camera, PANTS! as compared
to fiscal 2005 releases of The Incredibles and The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, which were released in
conjunctionwith their respective movie releases.
Changes in foreign currency rates reduced reported international net sales by $11.4 million or 3% in fiscal
2006, as compared to fiscal 2005. Excludingthe impactsof foreign exchange rates,international net sales
increased by 15% in fiscal 2006.
