BUILDING FRANCHISES:
INDUSTRY-LEADING BRANDS SECURED FOR THE LONG TERM
The Disney/Pixar license agreement has been extremely successful for THQ, generating over $125 million in net
sales in each of the past two fiscal years. In August 2004, THQ extended its relationship with Pixar, signing a new
agreement for the next four Pixar films after Cars. Pixar’s films are loved by fans worldwide, which is why THQ
shipped The Incredibles in 26 different languages, in advance of the movie’s 2004 release, across the globe.
