Our common stock has been traded publicly on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol “SPRT” since July 19, 2000.

Dividend Policy
We have not declared or paid any cash dividends on our capital stock since our inception and do not expect to do so in the
foreseeable future. We anticipate that all future earnings, if any, generated from operations will be retained by us to develop and
expand our business. Any future determination with respect to the payment of dividends will be at the discretion of the Board of
Directors and will depend upon, among other things, our operating results, financial condition and capital requirements, the terms of
then-existing indebtedness, general business conditions and such other factors as the Board of Directors deems relevant.
