3. In the event any party hereto breaches the provision of Paragraph 1 above, such party shall compensate for any economic damage
incurred to other parties.
Article 33. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Article 34. Jurisdiction
Any and all disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District
Court.
