your Notes were issued and are outstanding.
Spectrum Brands, Inc. has appointed U.S. Bank National Association, whose Corporate Trust Office is located at 60 Livingston Avenue, EP-MN-WS3C, St.
Paul, MN 55107-2292, as successor Trustee under the Indenture, which appointment has been accepted and become effective.
