Depreciation and amortization of property and equipment totaled $16.0 million, $16.4 million, and $14.6 million for the years ended December 31,
2012, 2011 and 2010, respectively. Fixed assets included assets under capital leases of $1.7 million and $1.7 million, and accumulated amortization
related to assets under capital leases of $1.7 million and $1.5 million at December 31, 2012 and 2011, respectively.
