Item 2. Properties.
The Company owns and operates an interconnected electric generation, transmission and distribution system, located in
Oklahoma and western Arkansas, which included 11 generating stations with an aggregate capability of approximately 6,641 MWs at
December 31, 2009. The following tables set forth information with respect to the Company’s electric generating facilities, all of
which are located in Oklahoma.
