Market Information and Holders
Our Class A common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (‘‘NYSE’’) under the symbol ‘‘LF.’ On
February 15, 2013, there were 2,601 holders of record of our Class A common stock and seven holders of
record of our Class B common stock.

We have never declared or paid any cash dividends on our capital stock. We expect to reinvest any future
