Dividends. We did not pay any cash or other dividends during the last two fiscal years and do not anticipate paying
dividends in the foreseeable future. Our credit agreement prohibits our right to declare or pay dividends or make other
distributions with respect to shares of our capital stock. However, subsequent to the end of the fiscal year, we amended our credit
agreement to provide for an aggregate amount of $200 million for the acquisition of our common stock or the potential payment
of cash dividends.
Holders. As of October 2, 2005, there were 512 stockholders of record.
