Hitachi Metals’ Heat Resistant Exhaust
Castings—Manifturbo® by Hercunite®
Manifturbo® is an automotive exhaust casting made from heat-resistant
cast iron and steel. Able to withstand temperatures exceeding 1,000
degrees centigrade, it helps improve engine fuel economy.
Hitachi Chemical’s Adhesive Films for Protection of
Optical Sheets
These films for protecting optical sheets in displays lose little
adhesive strength over time, minimizing damage to the fine
surface of optical sheets. They also possess outstanding
transparency, enabling easy inspection for foreign objects.
Hitachi Cable’s Halogen-Free, 150-Degree Heat-
Resistant Harnesses for Hybrid Vehicles
Power supply harnesses are used as cables to connect
motors, inverters and batteries in hybrid vehicles. This
harness employs a proprietary halogen-free material that
contains no chlorine or bromine in the coating material, and
boasts outstanding flexibility and heat resistance, as well as
complies with regulations on hazardous substances.
