must-have luxury. Shopping insights reveal that the point-of-sale
environment is a critically important factor infl uencing the purchase
of a fi ne writing instrument. Our new merchandising approach,
including lavish furnishings at our “shop-in-shops,” spotlights
the classic style and unmatched functionality of this 120-year-old
brand. These improvements helped drive a high single-digit
percent increase in Parker sales in 2010, with especially robust
growth in Russia and China.
