Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan
The Plan is administered by Mellon Bank, N.A., to individual
investors who want a convenient, low-cost way to purchase or
sell Emerson Electric Co. common stock (NYSE:EMR). You can
participate in the Plan if you are a registered holder of Emerson
common stock. If you do not own Emerson common stock, you
can make your initial purchase directly through the Plan. The
Plan provides you with the opportunity to reinvest dividends
and is an alternative to traditional methods of buying, holding,
and selling Emerson common stock. The Plan is not sponsored

Annual Meeting
