Capital expenditures for 2009 are expected to be approximately $120 million. In light of the current
economic downturn, we have substantially reduced capital expenditures by halting capital projects where
appropriate. We will begin construction on two stores during 2009 that have planned openings in early 2010.
There are no planned store openings for fiscal 2009.
