ITEM 3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS.
From time to time, we are involved in litigation relating to claims arising out of our operations in the normal
course of business. This litigation may relate to claims by customers, employment related lawsuits, class action
lawsuits, purported class action lawsuits and actions brought by governmental authorities. As of April 1, 2009,
we are not a party to any legal proceedings that, individually or in the aggregate, are reasonably expected to have
a material adverse effect on our business, results of operations, financial condition or cash flows. However, the
results of these matters cannot be predicted with certainty, and an unfavorable resolution of one or more of these
matters could have a material adverse effect on our business, results of operations, financial condition or cash
flows.
ITEM 4. SUBMISSION OF MATTERS TO A VOTE OF SECURITY HOLDERS.
No matter was submitted to a vote of security holders during the fourth quarter of the year ended
January 31, 2009.
