DIRECTORS’ REMUNERATION
The following information relates to remuneration of directors of the Company during the nancial year:

The Company proposed to pay Directors fees of S$180,000 in the current nancial year (2009: paid S$205,000) to its non-
executive directors on its Board of Directors.
The Company paid a total remuneration of S$1 (2009: S$1) to its Chairman and Chief Executive Ofcer.
