32. NEW OR REVISED ACCOUNTING STANDARDS AND INTERPRETATIONS
Certain new accounting standards, amendments and interpretations to existing standards have been published that are mandatory
for the Group’s accounting periods beginning on or after 1 July 2010 or later periods and which the Group has not early
adopted. The Group does not expect that adoption of these accounting standards or interpretations will have material impact
on the Group’s nancial statements.
33. AUTHORISATION OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
These nancial statements were authorised for issue in accordance with a resolution of the Board of Directors of CREATIVE
TECHNOLOGY LTD. on 28 September 2010.
