During the third quarter of fiscal 2013, the Board of Directors of the Company approved a world-wide restructuring plan
in line with the Company's strategy, including its continuing shift to cloud and mobile computing ("Fiscal 2013 Plan"). The
approved plan resulted in a reduction of approximately 500 positions and the consolidation of eight leased facilities, with an
aggregate charge of $46.2 million to date. As of January 31, 2014, the personnel and facilities related actions included in this
restructuring plan were substantially complete.
