common stock in short time periods, or possibly at all. Our common stock has experienced, and is likely to
experience in the future, significant price and volume fluctuations which could reduce the market price of our
common stock without regard to our operating performance. In addition, we believe that factors such as
quarterly fluctuations in our financial results and changes in the overall economy or the condition of the
financial markets could cause the price of our common stock to fluctuate substantially.
We do not anticipate paying dividends on our common stock.
We do not anticipate paying any cash dividends on our common stock in the foreseeable future. We
currently anticipate that we will use all of our available cash, if any, to continue to implement our
transformation plan (which includes the acquisition of capital assets in support of our operations), to take
advantage of opportunities which may arise to enhance our competitive position, to repay amounts, if any,
outstanding when due under the terms of the Revolving Promissory Note and for general corporate purposes.
Any payment of future cash dividends will be at the discretion of our Board of Directors and will depend
upon, among other things, our earnings, financial condition, capital requirements, level of indebtedness,
statutory and contractual restrictions applying to the payment of dividends and other considerations that our
Board of Directors deems relevant.
