Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting is to be held on May 29, 2014 at
8:00 a.m. EST at World Fuel Services Corporation’s
global headquarters located at 9800 N.W. 41st Street,
Suite 400, Miami, FL 33178.
The Company will be furnishing proxy materials
to shareholders on the Internet, rather than
mailing printed copies of those materials to each
shareholder. A Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy
Materials will be mailed to each shareholder, which
will provide instructions as to how shareholders may
access and review the proxy materials for the 2014
Annual Meeting on the website referred to in the
Notice or, alternatively, how to request a printed copy
of the proxy materials be sent to them by mail.
