Senator฀Don฀Nickles฀served฀in฀the฀
Oklahoma฀State฀Senate฀for฀two฀years,฀and฀฀
then฀went฀on฀to฀serve฀in฀the฀U.S.฀Senate฀for฀฀

from฀1995฀through฀the฀end฀of฀1998.฀Currently,฀Mr.฀Choate฀serves฀

Glenn฀Biggs฀is฀President฀of฀Biggs฀&฀Co.,฀which฀is฀engaged฀in฀

Chairman฀of฀the฀Board฀of฀Hester฀Asset฀Management฀Corp.฀and฀
