Real Estate
Our facilities range in size from 60 square feet to 34 acres
under one roof, and support retail, delivery, mail processing,
maintenance, administrative, and support activities.

The majority of our small and medium-sized facilities sup-
port the retail and delivery operations located in virtually ev-
ery community across this country. Our retail and delivery
operations are supported by 32,741 leased or owned facili-
ties. We also provide retail services through 3,982 Contract
Postal Units and community Post Offices where the facility
is owned and maintained by the contractor.

Our larger facilities typically support mail processing
