‘BEST HARDWARE STORE IN TOWN’ WINNERS
e ‘Best Hardware Store in Town’ award recognizes 12 True Value retailers that exemplify success based on the 5Ps of
retailing. In its third year, retailers, retailer peers and retail consultants nominate stores. From there, mystery shoppers
experience each of the 24 nalists (two from each region) from the customers’ point of view. Based on the ndings, a committee
of associates from dierent areas of the co-op names the 12 winners (one from each region) as the best examples of stores.
