(i) We have reclassified $434 million of land and buildings from
property, plant and equipment as these assets are considered to
be held for sale as at 30 June 2002. Subsequent to balance date,
we have entered an agreement to sell the land and buildings that
are subject to the reclassification (refer to note 28 for further
details).
