equal to fifty-two weeks.

Partnership on December 31, 2014). Values include unvested/unearned DERs of accelerated vesting of unit ownership.
(3) Mr. Lauterbach's award agreement for restricted units granted in December 2014 provides for vesting immediately upon death and
disability.
(4) Pursuant to the terms of Mr. Lauterbach's award agreement for restricted units granted in July 2012, in the event of his death or
