2012-2014 Long Term Cash Award. For the outstanding 2012-2014 long term cash awards, in response to stockholder
feedback at the time, the Committee established a cumulative three year RONA $ goal rather than setting annual goals each
year over the three year performance period. At the end of the three year period, the Committee will certify results based on
performance against the cumulative three year RONA$ goal, and cash awards will be paid in accordance with goal achievement.
