Dividend
On March 6, 2014, Staples, Inc. announced that its Board
of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend on
Staples, Inc. common stock of $0.12 per share. On an
annualized basis, the quarterly dividend is equal to $0.48
per share. The first quarter 2014 cash dividend was paid
on April 17, 2014, to shareholders of record on March 28,
2014.
