Dividend Policy
The Company has never paid a cash dividend on its Common
Stock. The Company presently intends to retain earnings for
use in the operation and expansion of its business and, there-
fore, does not anticipate paying any cash dividends in the
foreseeable future. In addition, the Company’s revolving
credit agreement restricts the payment of dividends in the
event we are in default under the agreement or such payout
would cause a default under the agreement.
