During the fourth quarter of 2014, the Company initiated a cash
dividend program and the first dividend under this program at
$0.09 per common share was paid during the first quarter of
fiscal year 2015. The Company increased the quarterly rate to
$0.11 per common share effective with the payment made in the
first quarter of fiscal year 2016. Future payments of dividends
will be considered by the Company’s Board of Directors after
reviewing, among other factors, returns to shareholders,
profitability expectations and financing needs.
