STOCK PERFORMANCE GRAPH
The following graph compares the cumulative total stockholder return on the Common Stock with that of the
Standard & Poors (“S&P”) 500 Stock Index, a broad market index published by S&P, a selected S&P Semicon-
ductor Company stock index compiled by Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and the Philadelphia Semiconductor
Index. The comparison for each of the periods assumes that $100 was invested on January 2, 2002 in the Company’s
Common Stock, the stocks included in the S&P 500 Stock Index, the stocks included in the S&P Semiconductor
Company Stock Index and the stocks included in the PHLX Semiconductor Sector.
These indices, which reflect formulas for dividend reinvestment and weighting of individual stocks, do not
necessarily reflect returns that could be achieved by an individual investor.
