Our common stock, par value $0.01 per share (the “Common Stock”), is traded on the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) under the symbol “SPC.”
The Common Stock commenced public trading on November 21, 1997. As of December 8, 2008, there were approximately 423 holders of record of Common

We have not declared or paid any cash dividends on our Common Stock since it commenced public trading in 1997 and we do not anticipate paying cash
dividends in the foreseeable future, but intend to retain any future earnings for reinvestment in our business. In addition, the terms of our Senior Credit Facilities
and the indentures governing our outstanding senior subordinated notes restrict our ability to pay dividends to our shareholders. Any future determination to pay
cash dividends will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors and will be dependent upon our financial condition, results of operations, capital requirements,
contractual restrictions and such other factors as the Board of Directors deems relevant.
