Promoting CSR Activities Based on
the OKI Group Charter of Corporate
Conduct and the OKI Group Code
of Conduct
In line with its corporate philosophy, the OKI
Group aims to realize a society where people
around the world lead convenient, affluent
lifestyles. OKI works to achieve this goal
through its business activities, providing prod-
ucts and services that contribute to the devel-
opment of an information society. These
principles underpin OKI’s CSR activities.
Committed to CSR, OKI established the OKI
Group Charter of Corporate Conduct in 2005
as a statement of the values that OKI Group
companies need to uphold. Following this,
OKI set up the OKI Group Code of Conduct
in August 2007 to be conformed to by all OKI
executive officers and employees. This Code of
Conduct has been adopted by each Group
company and has been incorporated into
OKI’s educational programs. Further more, the
CSR Division is leading CSR activities by defin-
ing focal points for individual CSR priorities.
By assuring that all OKI executive officers
and employees observe the Charter and Code
and behave accordingly, the OKI Group is
striving to fulfill its social responsibility in
accordance with the corporate philosophy.
