Market Information
Effective August 12, 2008, our shares of common stock began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market
under the symbol HSNI. Prior to August 12, 2008, our common stock was not publicly traded. The table below sets
forth the high and low per share sales prices of HSNi’s common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market
beginning August 12, 2008 and through December 31, 2008.

Holders
As of March 6, 2009, there were 2,039 stockholders of record of our common stock. Because many of our
shares of common stock are held by brokers and other institutions on behalf of stockholders, we are not able to
estimate the total number of beneficial stockholders represented by these record holders.
Dividends
We have never paid any cash dividends and do not anticipate paying any cash dividends in the foreseeable
future. Instead we intend to retain any future earnings for reinvestment. Additionally, under the terms of our credit
facility and senior notes, the payment of cash dividends is subject to certain restrictions. Furthermore, any
determination to pay cash dividends will be at the discretion of our Board of Directors and will depend upon our
operating results, financial condition and capital requirements, general business conditions and such other factors
that the Board of Directors considers relevant.
