The Companys net income for the year ended
December 31, 2000 was $163.6 million, or $1.33 per
diluted share, compared to net income for the same
period in 1999 of $142.4 million, or $1.16 per diluted
share.The Companys net loss for the year ended
December 31, 1998 was $165.2 million, or $1.35 per
diluted share.
