Market Information
Our common stock began trading publicly on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "DMD" on January 26, 2011. Prior to that time, there
was no public market for our common stock. The following table sets forth, for the period indicated and on a per-share basis, the high and low intra-day sale
prices of our common stock as reported by the New York Stock Exchange since our initial public offering.

Holders of Record
As of February 23, 2012 , our common stock was held by approximately 104 stockholders of record and there were 83,388,483 shares of common
stock outstanding. Stockholders of record does not include a substantially greater number of "street name" holders or beneficial holders of our common stock
whose shares are held of record by banks, brokers and other financial institutions.
Dividend Policy
We have never declared or paid cash dividends on our common stock. We currently do not anticipate paying any cash dividends in the foreseeable
future. Instead, we anticipate that all of our earnings on our common stock will be used to provide working capital, to support our operations and to finance
the growth and development of our business. Any future determination to declare cash dividends will be made at the discretion of our board of directors and
will depend on our financial condition, results of operations, capital requirements, general business conditions and other factors that our board of directors
may deem relevant. In addition, our credit agreement with a syndicate of commercial banks currently prohibits our payment of dividends.

The graph compares the cumulative total return of our common stock for the period starting on January 26, 2011, the date of our initial public
offering, and ending on December 31, 2011, with that of the S&P 500 Index and RDG Internet Composite Index over the same period. The graph assumes
that the value of the investment was $100 on January 26, 2011, and that all dividends and other distributions were reinvested. Such returns are based on
historical results and are not intended to suggest future performance.
