21. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
On January 18, 2012, the Board declared a cash dividend on the Company’ s common stock in the amount of $0.125 per share, payable on
April 15, 2012, to shareholders of record as of March 1, 2012.
On January 31, 2012, the Company sold a company-owned restaurant to a franchisee for $0.3 million, which includes funds for the initial
franchise fee.
On February 20, 2012, the Company acquired six restaurants in Buffalo, New York from a franchisee for $0.9 million.
