Restructuring, acquisition and integration-
related costs recorded during the years ended December 31, 2011, 2012 and 2013 primarily
includes costs incurred in connection with the Company's acquisitions and costs incurred in connection with integrating operating support
systems, networks and certain billing systems. Restructuring, acquisition and integration-
related costs recorded during the year ended December
31, 2013 includes costs incurred to restructure the Company's sales organization to better meet the needs of the IT services market, which
resulted in a reduction in the Company's sales workforce and some office closings. The Company recorded $2.2 million
of severance costs and
$0.6 million of facility-related costs in connection with this restructuring, which is included in restructuring, acquisition and integration-
related
costs in the Consolidated Statement of Comprehensive Income (Loss). Restructuring, acquisition and integration-
related costs recorded during
the year ended December 31, 2013 also includes $1.7 million
of employee termination costs associated with certain voluntary employee
separations.
