• Connected more than 32,000 new franchise customers,
nine new data centers.
• Achieved System Average Interruption Duration Index
(SAIDI), excluding major storms, of 119.6 minutes.
• Placed into service $1.06 billion in transmission assets.
2016 EXPECTATIONS
• Maintain a superior safety record.
• Continue to invest in capital growth projects to meet
the needs of our utility customers, including hardening
the physical security of our substations.
• Receive approval from the State Corporation
Commission of Virginia (SCC) of a distribution
undergrounding program.
