On March 31, 2006, the closing price for the Company’s
Common Stock on the New York Stock Exchange was
$27.21 and the Company had approximately 12,037
stockholders of record.
On June 8, 2006, the Company declared its quarterly
cash dividend of $0.04 per share payable on June 30,
2006. On April 12, 2005, CA announced its plan to
double its annual dividend to $0.16 per share to be paid
out in quarterly installments of $0.04 per share as and
when declared by the Board, beginning with the dividend
for the fi rst quarter of fi scal year 2006, which ended on
June 30, 2005. Prior to that, CA paid cash dividends in
July and January of each year since July 1990.
